The WTM-XB Series autoclave is a true all-round sterilization solution, designed to handle a wide variety of items that can withstand saturated steam. Its versatility makes it ideal for multiple fields:
Healthcare: Rapid sterilization of critical instruments, including surgical tools, dental handpieces, and precision ophthalmic equipment.
Pharmaceutical & Research: Reliable sterilization of laboratory consumables such as glassware, pharmaceuticals, and culture media, ensuring experimental accuracy and consistency.
Other Applications: Effective sterilization of fabric dressings, food items, and other materials requiring hygienic processing.
With its multi-purpose design and high efficiency, the WTM-XB Series fully meets the diverse and demanding sterilization needs of healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes.
Key Features:
Fully automated process – No manual supervision required, ensuring consistent and reliable sterilization.
Rapid sterilization – Maximum temperature of 134°C allows sterilization cycles within 4–6 minutes.
Internal steam recirculation system – Prevents steam release into the environment, keeping the workspace clean and dry.
Sterilization tray with lid – Perforated tray design with a closable cover to minimize post-process air contamination.
Multiple safety protections:
Overpressure: Safety valve opens when pressure exceeds 0.24 MPa.
Overtemperature: Automatic power cut-off if chamber temperature exceeds 138°C.
Water shortage: Automatic shutoff and alarm if heating tube temperature exceeds 150°C.
Automatic air-release device – Ensures complete sterilization.
Durable stainless steel body – Long-lasting and resistant to wear and corrosion.
