The Welso incubator shaker adopts a three-axis eccentric balanced movement design, which is stable and reliable and has an ultra-long service life. Its speed control system is equipped with a speed terminal feedback mechanism to ensure high-precision control during the oscillation process. In terms of temperature control, it combines advanced PID control technology and fuzzy control algorithms to achieve precise adjustment within the adjustable temperature range.

The equipment adopts variable frequency compressor refrigeration technology, with high refrigeration efficiency and low energy consumption. The whole machine is designed to be silent, and the operating noise does not exceed 55dB, providing better comfort for the experimental environment. The modular independent control system can flexibly start and stop each functional module. Users can combine them into various modes such as static culture carbon dioxide incubator, ordinary shaker or biochemical incubator according to their needs.

Multiple sound and light alarms and protection functions

The equipment has multiple sound and light alarms and safety protection mechanisms, including: over-temperature alarm, over-speed alarm, sensor failure alarm, timing alarm, door opening alarm, over-concentration alarm, over-humidity alarm, no air intake alarm (applicable to CO₂ function models) and leakage protection, which fully guarantee the safety of the experiment and the stable operation of the equipment.

Door opening protection mechanism

When the door of the equipment is opened, the system automatically stops running, effectively preventing sample splashing and operation risks, and protecting the personal safety of the operator.

Automatic call recovery function

If there is a power outage during operation, the equipment will automatically resume operation according to the program set before the power outage after power is restored, avoiding the impact of experimental interruption.

Powerful data storage and query function

The equipment supports ultra-long data recording, and can continuously save more than 912 days of operation data, collecting records at a frequency of once a minute. Supports real-time query of operation data in the last 7 days on the display screen, which is convenient for tracing and management of the experimental process.

USB data export function

Equipped with a USB interface, users can easily export operation records through a USB flash drive, which is convenient for data backup, analysis and archiving.
