Welso high-throughput tissue grinder is a fast and efficient tissue grinding device designed for laboratories. It is dedicated to classic homogenization and cell wall disruption through grinding beads. It is particularly suitable for extracting and purifying DNA, RNA and protein from soil, plant tissue, bacteria, yeast, fungi, etc. The device can process up to 192 samples at a time to meet different experimental needs.
Closed Disposable Centrifuge Tube Design
Minimizes the risk of cross-contamination and ensures the purity and independence of each sample throughout the grinding process.
Standardized High-Efficiency Grinding
Enables consistent grinding protocols for identical tissue types, enhancing processing efficiency and ensuring high repeatability across samples.
Superior Homogenization Performance
Utilizes grinding balls to achieve more uniform and thorough sample disruption compared to traditional grinding methods.
High-Throughput Homogenization
Capable of rapid sample dispersion using 316 stainless steel balls, high-density glass beads, or zirconium oxide beads. The process is temperature-stable, with adjustable grinding speed to accommodate diverse experimental requirements.
3D Shockproof Grinding Motion
Features a three-dimensional movement of grinding balls—up/down and left/right—for maximal sample disruption and instantaneous pulverization.
Premium Stainless Steel Grinding Chamber
Designed with an integrated rounded-corner and sloped-base chamber formed from die-cast stainless steel for deformation resistance and easy cleaning. Optional sound-dampening features or transparent safety covers enhance usability and operational comfort.
Ultra-High Throughput Capacity
Processes up to 576 samples in 2 mL tubes simultaneously, with a maximum capacity of 1152 samples. Compatible with 12-position and 24-position cryogenic adapters for large-scale cryo-grinding applications.
Broad Container Compatibility
Accommodates a wide variety of sample formats, including 12 × 96-well deep well plates, 6 × 2 mL × 96 adapters, 48 × 5 mL tubes, 48 × 7–15 mL tubes, 16 × 25 mL tubes, and 9 × 50 mL tubes. Custom tube formats are also available upon request.
Smart Program Storage
Stores up to 20 preset programs tailored to different sample types, such as animal heart, spleen, lung, kidney, bone, skin, and hair. Streamlines repeated workflows and enhances operational efficiency.
Automated Mode Cycling
Supports cycling through multiple preset parameters automatically, reducing manual intervention and enhancing experiment consistency and reproducibility.
