The Fully Automatic Liquid Nitrogen Knife Mill is a high-capacity cryogenic grinder designed for operation in liquid nitrogen environments. It utilizes liquid nitrogen injection to rapidly embrittle samples, ensuring excellent homogeneity and reproducible preparation results.
Integrating automatic nitrogen filling, low-speed shear mixing, and high-speed grinding, it is the ideal instrument for processing food samples with high fat, high sugar, or high toughness.
Application
Analysis of organic pollutants (pesticide residues) in food.
Grinds a wide range of dry and wet samples, from soft fruits (e.g., watermelon) to muscle tissues and hard materials.
Sample Types
Fruits, vegetables, seeds, animal tissues, etc.
Working Principle
The instrument features a two-leaf blade assembly centrally located at the bottom of the grinding jar. Driven by a high-performance motor, the blades rotate with a fixed height interval. The sharp steel edges ensure reliable crushing and homogenization. Depending on the rotation direction, the blunt side can be selected for coarse crushing of large samples, while the sharp side is used for fine grinding.
