WBCS150 and WBCS250 Bacti-Cinerator Sterilizers are precision-engineered instruments designed for high-efficiency sterilization of inoculating loops, needles, and similar tools. Featuring an enclosed ceramic heating core, these devices eliminate the need for open flame sources, significantly reducing the risk of fire or contamination in sensitive lab environments.
The sterilizer achieves peak operating temperature of 825°C, enabling complete sterilization in just 5 to 7 seconds. The design allows safe use in biosafety cabinets, anaerobic chambers, clean benches, and mobile vehicles—even under negative-pressure airflow. Its podzolic organic internal coating prevents carbon build-up and cross-contamination.
