The WAS100 Ultrasonic Vibratory Sieve Shaker combines ultrasonic energy with traditional mechanical vibration to deliver superior screening performance for fine, lightweight, and adhesive powders. Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, and mineral processing applications, it provides fast, clean, and accurate particle separation.
Ultrasonic vibration prevents particle agglomeration and eliminates static electricity, allowing materials to spread uniformly over the sieve mesh. This advanced ultrasonic sieving technology dramatically reduces screen clogging and increases effective screening efficiency.
Designed with a stainless steel top cover, the WAS100 meets pharmaceutical industry requirements and ensures a clean, enclosed sieving process without powder escape. The adjustable ultrasonic power output allows users to fine-tune performance based on material density, particle size, and flow behavior.
