Operation Procedure：

●Peel the lobster and homogenize it

●Weigh 2g of fresh sample (accurate to 0.001g), place it in the microwave digestion inner vessel, and add 5ml of nitric acid and 1ml of hydrogen peroxide.

●Sealed vessel, loaded into a microwave digestion instrument, and start digestion

●Cool down after digestion and transfer digestion vessel into fume hood.

●Unscrew digestion vessel to release pressure by several times, open and take out inner vessel.

●observe digestion status.

Digestion Result:

●Before digestion, the digestion solution was yellow suspension, as shown in the figure.

●After digestion, the digestion solution is light yellow and transparent, and there is no sediment.
